Who We Are
At Expressions Dance, our motto is Crafting Better Dancers. Creating Better People. That's not a tagline we slap on a flyer once a year. It's the reason we show up, how we hire, and what we hold our team to every day.
We've been serving families in Bountiful and Centerville since 2007. We have 800+ students, two locations, a staff of 35+ faculty, and a culture we've worked hard to build and protect. Families trust us with their kids. We take that seriously.
This is a professional studio. We are organized, well-run, and clear in our expectations. We communicate well, support our staff, and celebrate the people who grow with us.
If that sounds like somewhere you'd be proud to work, we'd like to meet you.
The Role
We are hiring part-time dance instructors to teach beginner through advanced students across our Academy and Company programs. You'll be responsible for delivering quality instruction that develops both skilled dancers and confident, capable young people.
Your results will be measured by student growth, retention, and the experience you create in your classroom.
What You'll Be Doing
Teaching weekly classes in your area of expertise (jazz, ballet, hip hop, tumbling, contemporary, tap, choreography, or combo classes for younger students)
Building genuine relationships with students and families
Communicating clearly with leadership and team leaders
Contributing to a positive, professional team culture
Showing up consistently, prepared, and on time
