TUmbling CLASS & Acro | 45 - 60 min class

Our tumbling classes are designed to build strength, coordination, and confidence in a fun, supportive environment. Students will learn foundational skills such as rolls, bridges, kickovers, cartwheels, and handstands while developing flexibility, balance, and body control. Classes focus on proper technique and safe progressions, helping students gain the strength and understanding needed to grow into more advanced tumbling skills—all while having fun and feeling successful each step of the way.

  • Attire: Tank top or leotard, black dance shorts. Hair must be pulled into a ponytail or bun.
